- Print at Scale 100% - in Chrome that is More settings → Scale → Custom → 100. The default “Fit to printable area” shrinks everything by about 4% and quietly ruins the template.
- Set Margins: None. All artwork already sits inside the safe margin, so nothing is lost.
- Measure the ruler on the printed sheet. It must be exactly 100 mm. If it is not, fix the print dialog.
- On a multi-sheet template, line up the circled crosshairs along the seam, then glue or tape.
Print at actual size, then verify the 100 mm ruler.
